To meet the needs of visitors, residents and downtown workers, Norfolk’s Parking Division operates and maintains the City of Norfolk’s parking system. This includes more than 19,000 public parking spaces located in 15 garages, 9 lots and more than 500 on-street spaces. Safe, convenient and affordable parking is provided to all patrons through the efficient managing the City’s parking resources.
