Downtown Norfolk Council’s HRT GoPass365 Savings Program

Who is eligible for the HRT GoPass365 Savings Program:

Downtown Businesses and Organizations - Business or Organization located in Downtown or DNC member businesses that have employees who use HRT's services for Transportation.

Individuals using HRT’s services may buy passes through DNC even if your company, business, or organization does not take part in the program.

There is NO MINIMUM purchase requirement; Passes can be purchased for 1 employee or 200 employees at the discounted annual rate.

How to Purchase Passes:

How the Program works:

In conjunction with HRT, the GoPass365 is available at a discounted annual rate of $225.00 per pass, which is currently $70.00 per month if not purchased through the Downtown Norfolk Council for a savings of $840.00 annually.

DNC has acquired passes from HRT and in turn DNC will invoice each business for GoPass365. The purchase of your HRT GoPass365 through the Downtown Norfolk Council will protect you from rate changes through June 30, 2025.

About HRT GoPass365:

GoPass365 can be used to ride any of HRT’s Transportation services 365 days of the year. HRT services include Tide Light Rail, Bus, and Ferry.
