Join Vino Culture for their first class in a series where they will discuss different soil types and how it impacts the wine. You might have heard people talk about "minerality" in wine tasting, what does that mean? Can you actually taste the soil of the vineyards? What difference does soil actually make in how the vine grows and how the wine will taste? This class will all of this and more! You might be surprised at some of what we do and do not know about soil's impact on wine. It's time to talk dirty!
6 wines featured from all over the world including sparkling, white, and red.
Some light cheese, charcuterie, and crackers will be served, but plan on hopping out to a restaurant Downtown to eat before or after the class- there are so many places to explore.
