Join ULI and NIC on a tour exploring Main and Bank streets in downtown Norfolk and heading to the Waterside section of the ERT.
Meet at Black BRAND and hear from Co-Founder Blair Durham and then move on to NSU IC (Innovation Center) to be met by their team, head to ODU IIE (institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship) to hear a briefing from their team, and walk to the downtown portion of the ERT by way of Waterside where Kindra Greene will tell you all about the ERT.
End the tour at a trailside restaurant for happy hour. It's all very close together, less than a half mile of walking!
