This workshop is all about getting out of heads and into our heart through tapping into a beingโs energy or consciousness, the love and light each soul comes into this world with. We will focus on connecting to the pure energy in each of us that might have been forgotten, pushed away, shamed, closed off, due to false baggage, limiting beliefs, conditioning, family patterns, societal conditions, cultural pain or trauma.

This workshop is for those who want to paint from an intuitive place, emotional place and place of peace. This is also for those processing grief, healing from trauma, or seeking insight into their lifeโs purpose.
No artistic experience is needed; this experience is about self-discovery, insight, and honoring each soulโs unique โdesign.โ
Materials used will be 8x10 canvas board and oil pastels. Instruction will be given on composition and basic material usage for oil pastels.

โข You will create a writing from your heart center about your soul painting
