This FREE walking tour will explore Downtown Norfolk's rich history of the live theater and the performing arts. Utilizing in-depth research and historical photos, we will:-Reconstruct a vision of Downtown Norfolk's theater community.

- Discuss performers and shows that graced the city's stages
- Learn how the performing arts have shaped Downtown Norfolk over the centuries
We'll cover all forms of theater, from the silver screen, to burlesque, live drama, big bands, opera, vaudeville, comedy — if it was on a stage or screen, we'll talk about it!We look forward to sharing the magic of this city's theater history with you all!
