Join DT100 for an evening with one of Norfolk's Deputy City Managers, Doug Beaver, for a conversation on the City's infrastructure resiliency efforts, in particular, the flood wall project.
Doug Beaver turned 27 years of successful military leadership into a career in civic leadership. He was the former Chief Resiliency Officer for the City of Norfolk. Currently Mr. Beaver oversees a portfolio of departments including Planning, Public Utilities, Public Works, Transit, and Resilience.
