Learn how to build your own drone and master the skills of flying in this hands-on family workshop! Choose from one of two sessions: 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

$40 per member/$60 non-member

Both beginner and kid-friendly, this workshop is a great chance for kids to learn more about simple and complex circuits in a fun atmosphere. Open to all ages 8 and older, parents are encouraged to join for a fun family day together. You must bring a tablet or cell phone (IOS or Android) and be willing to download a free app to operate the drone.

Participants will learn the following at this 2-hour workshop:

- Basic components of a drone
- Designing your drone and putting together all the parts
- Connecting to the drone via app
- Basic safety checklist
- Flying the drone through our unique obstacle course!

Tickets are non-refundable. Fee includes the class, one drone builder kit and general admission ticket (+ admission for 1 parent/guardian if 15 and under). Participants can take the drone home at the end of the class!
