Calling All Restaurant Owners, Food Truck Vendors, Caterers and others in the Food Industry!

If you’re in the food industry and you’re interested in Doing Business with the City of Norfolk, join the Purchasing Department and the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for our first Food Business Forum & Vendor Fair.

The forum will serve as a mini conference for food-based businesses to learn about what is needed to start and grow a food enterprise in the City of Norfolk. The reverse vendor fair will connect small, minority-owned, and women-owned food-based businesses with internal city departments that do the most buying of goods and services.

Topics for the Vendor Fair include:

• Procurement opportunities
• Business planning
• Scaling for growth
• How to obtain SWaM certification.
