Details
Completed by lead artist John Rudel, along with participants of the City of Norfolk’s Emerging Leaders, “Eyes” is a piece that relates to the traditional summer camp craft project called “God’s Eyes.” Constructed out of aluminum units that mimic computer pixels, this piece reminds us of our ability to connect deeply and emotionally even through technologically mediated experiences. In addition to this team project, each Emerging Leader participant fabricated their own individual design from start to finish. Their work hangs in the interior of the garage. “Eyes” can be seen from the garage exterior.
