The 9th Annual NEON Festival glows up Thursday, October 17 and Friday, October 18, 2024!

Presented by Arts Alliance, this free festival welcomes everyone to experience the NEON District through art exhibitions, local and regional performances, mural tours and programming unique to Norfolk's first arts neighborhood.

The 2024 celebration includes:

* Glass After Dark in the newly opened addition at the Chrysler Museum Glass Studio

* VIVID Opening Reception at d'Art Center Friday

* The Plot and Cofer Lot Elation Brewing Beer Gardens Friday evening

* NEON District Public Art Tours both nights with Norfolk Tour Company

* Pop up entertainment venues and art galleries in local businesses

The NEON Festival is produced by Downtown Norfolk Council and The Chrysler Museum of Art.
