Beginning the day of Downtown Norfolk’s Grand Illumination celebration, there will be a magical contest of the hottest and chocolatiest proportions. Downtown Norfolk will rain with marshmallows of fantastical sizes! Get your cup and choose your side during this year's Hot Cocoa Wars!

THE CONTEST RUNS FOR A FULL WEEK! This allows for more chances for you to try all the majestic cocoas Norfolk can create!

4 oz POURS for $2 each
*Stop by each spot to try their special hot cocoa!

VOTING WILL TAKE PLACE ONLINE THROUGHOUT THE WEEK AND FINAL VOTES WILL BE COUNTED AT 5PM ON 11.25. Vote online at www.hotcocoawar.com starting at NOON on SAT. 11.18! (voting link will not work until the vote time begins)
