Class Description:
Come design a spring floral arrangement with Allie Lavigne of One Community Museum! This class will start with a demonstration of sustainable floral design techniques, including a hand tied bouquet and a bowl arrangement. Participants will then use these skills, along with Allie’s hands-on guidance, to create their own arrangement(s). This course will take your floral design skills to the next level!
Supplies:
Clippers (d'Art has a limited # of clippers available for use, if needed)
Apron
one medium-large vase or two smaller vases
2-3 floral bouquets of your choice
1-3 bunches of greenery
box for transport
For the Floral/Botanicals
You may bring flowers from your own garden (or a friend’s)
Purchase from the Instructor at East Beach Farmers Market, Saturdays 9-noon
Bring florals/botanicals from any florist, greenhouse or grocer that you wish to
