Learn about the draft plan, which outlines a vision for the future of Downtown Norfolk over the next five years. Review themes from community input, learn about existing market conditions, and offer feedback on draft plan concepts and recommendations.
Staff will be available to discuss ideas and answer questions throughout each open house. No formal presentation.
