Unveiled in April 1970, the statue of General MacArthur is located in front of the MacArthur Memorial. Walter Hancock of Gloucester, Massachusetts sculpted this replica of MacArthur's statue at West Point. Standing 8 feet tall and weighing 900 pounds, the statue depicts MacArthur in a World War II-style uniform.
